- Available USB-C® port that supports DisplayPort™ alt mode and USB™ Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0
Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.
- DisplayPort™ v1.2 required on graphics card or video source to support 4K resolution @ 30 Hz.
- The host device must support Multi-Stream Transport (MST) and DisplayPort™ 1.2 to achieve dual-monitor configuration
- The MST protocol is not currently supported by macOS®
*macOS® only supports SST, which means all connected monitors will show the same content.

Special Notes
- A 4K-capable display and cable are required for obtaining the 3840 x 2160 resolution
- If connected to a USB™ 2.0 host port, or if using a USB™ 2.0 host cable, performance may be limited
- The dock can connect to a USB-C® port that doesn’t support Power Delivery, but it will not pass power through the connected device
- If you are using a high-powered USB™ device, attach a USB-C® power adapter to the power delivery port for optimal performance
- To ensure files copy completely, do not remove the USB-C® power adapter while copying files. For maximum performance, use a computer and USB-C® power adapter equipped with PD 3.0
- We advise no more than one (1) bus-powered/portable external hard disk drive to be connected to the USB™ hub at a time
